| Application |
| This Series of consoles and control desks are suitable for use in Supervisory Control and data Acquisition
systems (SCADA). Centralized Controlling Activity in Continuous Processing units like Chemicals,
Pharmaceuticals, Oil and Gas Pipelines in Communications and information technology, as centralized
data management centers. |
| Standard features |
Frame Structure - Steel fabricated and Welded construction frame profiles are punched and formed in 2.0
MM thick steel sheets and side Panels and Doors in 1.6 MM thick Steel sheets.
Frame profiles are elegantly designed without sharp corners, considering aesthetical aspect , still it makes the unit sufficiently robust
Bottom tray of 3.0 MM thick steel is provided to place heavy equipments like Servers, CPU, Power supplies etc.
Base Frame is made from 3.0 MM |
| Desk Top |
| The desk top consisting of wooden plank manufactured by reputed suppliers and of 25MM thick with
lamination from Both sides. It provides longer life and facilitates proper cleaning.
Desk Top can be post-formed with rounded corners to enhance the aesthetics. |
| Electrical Provisions |
Cable glands are provided to the bottom plate of each unit for entry of the cable from the trench below the flooring.
All unites of the console can be connected internally by cabling through the cutouts provided to internal partition panels or each individual unit can have external power source on the connector provided in the cabinet.
Each unit is provided with one power point having 4 Nos. combination switches of mains 16 Amp and other 6 Amps.
Cable manager are provided on the wooden desk for Monitor cables. Suitable cut is provided to the front frame member to pass cable from sliding Key Board drawer below the desk projected at front side.
Two fans are provided on rear door of 90CFM capacity, 230 V AC which exhausts the inside air. Louvers are provided on Front Door for proper ventilation.
Earthling bar provision in each individual unit on rear side.
One No. Telephone sockets of one input to Two out-puts in each unit.
Hooter arrangement and Web camera provision can be made if required. |

Pie sections are provided with trays inside for keeping necessary equipments like stationery items
