Land and Building –

Manufacturing unit –

Located at village `Kasar Amboli’ , 20 kms. From Pune city , off Pune Mumbai road, Factory Building is ‘7500’ sq. feet on the plot area of 11000 sq. feet .

Assembly and Dispatch Unit -

3000 Sq. feet constructed ,separate area is provided for assembly and dispatch of the Cabinets and other products .

The Products , which are necessarily being supplied in assembled form and others , needs sufficient space for assembly and stocking . The space is provided accordingly.

Office –

The Marketing and administrative office is located in pune city's Kothrud Area , easily accessible by Expressway and highways.

Premises is of 2500 sq. feet self contained office block with all necessary communication facilities and is well equipped.

Machinery and Equipments -

Accord Tech had installed following machinery for the purpose of manufacturing the products and other services as mentioned earlier.

Special Purpose Machines-

CNC Punch Press / CNC Nibbling Machine
Make : Murata , Japan Make. Servo machine , No Hydraulics , Proven Technology
Capacity: 44 stations with 4 auto indexing stations and 1 varytool station of 12 tools,
Sheet Thickness : 4.0 mm Steel sheet. And 6.0 MM Aluminium
Sheet size : 8 ft X 4 ft. without repositioning
Positioning and Machining Accuracy : 0.1 mm. Useful for punching any profile.

CNC Punch Press / CNC Nibbling Machine
Make : Hindustan Hydraulics, Jalandhar. Capacity : 25 Tonnes.
Sheet Thickness : 3.0 mm Steel sheet. Sheet size : 8 ft X 4 ft.
Positioning and Machining Accuracy : 0.1 mm.
Useful for punching any profile. Machine is equipped with World's best `Fanuc' Controller.

CNC Press Brake / Bending Machine
Make : Hindustan Hydraulics, Jalandha.
Capacity : 80 Tonnes. Sheet Thk. : 5.0 mm steel.
Width of the Sheet - 2.5 Meters.
Various types of tooloigs have been developed for bends and folds.

Co2 Welding Machine
Make : Mogara Cosmic, Pune and MIG-tronix make imported machine with solid state technology.
For welding of Steel fabricated parts and welding of cabinet frames, and structural members of units.

Spot Welding Machine
For welding on specific suitable items.

Stud welding machine – For specifically stud welding operation.

7 Years in the Reputed Automobile manufacturing Company in Pune. In the field Production. Since 1993, He is partner in Alfa Electronic Equipments , a sister concern , and looks after Production. In Accord Tech He looks after Production since 2001.
